ABOUT US

Over these last years we kept running into problems associated with live chat and chatbot solutions. Complexities in setup, vendor lock-in, lack of channel support, bad bots, expensive and siloed live chat systems… and so on. So we built something to fix these, something to quickly and inexpensively ease the complexities of an organisation’s chat ecosystem. We call it The Captivate Hub and it exists to stop conversational dead ends.

Working with IBM Business Partner EscalateAI Ltd., the London Borough of Redbridge launched its new Binbot, powered by IBM® Watson® technology. The chatbot can answer questions related to routine rubbish collections and empowers the public to easily report dumped garbage and other nuisances.

Business Challenge

A leader in innovative public services, the London Borough of Redbridge wanted to simplify communication with residents regarding rubbish collection.

TRANSFORMATION

The borough launched an AI-powered chatbot that could answer straightforward questions and allowed users to find out when their holiday bin collection date was scheduled.

Finding diamonds in the rough: harnessing AI solutions to identify the best mortgage leads

Business Challenge

Getting on the property ladder for the first time can be tricky, and people don’t always know when they’re ready. SPF Private Clients wanted to speed up the process of being qualified for Help to Buy.

TRANSFORMATION

With help from EscalateAI, SPF Private Clients created a portal where applicants can upload documentation and chat with an AI chatbot and humans, with the top leads passed automatically to brokers.
