Slack Live Chat

The Microsoft Bot Framework and Microsoft’s Natural Language AI, LUIS are supported. These allows customers to easily integrate AI conversation into their chat ecosystem. The Hub will provide all standard channels as well as agent support via integrated live chat solutions.
The Captivate Hub has its own fully configurable Web Widget which can be placed anywhere on your website. Colours and avatars can all be altered as well as the Title and Subtitle. The file and emoticons buttons as well as opening hours of the site can be changed.
